Adjust magazine
In some rare cases, it is necessary to slightly adjust the plate magazine to enable precise and error free loading of the printing plate. This adjustment compensates for production-related tolerances.
To adjustment the plate magazine, first unscrew the two large screws that secure the magazine tray to the magazine base.
Then carefully separate the magazine tray from the magazine base. A light to medium-strong pull on the magazine tray should be sufficient to separate the connection at the predetermined breaking point.

Now screw the two screws back in but do not tighten them completely. The tray should remain movable for leveling.
Bring the tray into the desired position. The fine lines in the countersink can serve as an orientation to better control the offset. How the magazine tray is to be offset is depends on the failure case and is explained in more detail below.
Failure case 1
The plate is not pushed far enough forward during loading and is not snapped entirely to the heat bed remains slightly raised at the front (see image below).

This can also result in the last plate in the magazine not being loaded correctly because it does not fall properly into the corresponding sink with the magnets (see image below).

This can be easily observed during the self-loading process if it is carried out with only two plates, which are repeatedly returned to the magazine during the cycle.
In these cases, the magazine tray must be moved slightly forward.

As little as 0.5 to 1 mm should be sufficient. Always make sure that the magazine plate is still aligned parallel, i.e. that the offset is the same on the right and left.
After shifting the magazine tray, secure the screws and retry the self-test and readjust the tray position if necessary.
Failure case 2
The plate falls offset onto the heating bed (see picture below).

This happens rarely. In this case, the magazine tray must be offset to the side accordingly.

Always make sure that the magazine tray is still aligned parallel, i.e. that the offset is the same on the right and left.
After shifting the magazine tray, secure the screws and retry the self-test and readjust the tray position if necessary.
