Terms & Conditions – Swapmod Referral Program

1. General

The Referral Program allows you to enjoy attractive benefits by successfully recommending Swapmod. By purchasing Swapmod, you will generally be enrolled in the program automatically and receive a personal referral code, which you can view in your account. By participating in the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Your Personal Referral Code

• Every qualified buyer receives a personal referral code after purchasing Swapmod
• Share your code wherever you like – the more, the better (please refer to section 4)
• The code grants every buyer a discount of €5.00

3. Your Rewards

You will receive rewards for successfully referring Swapmod.

• A successful referral is exclusively defined as a completed purchase made using your code
• You can track the number of successful referrals in your account

Tier 1: 10 Referrals

• Once 10 buyers have successfully used your code, we will fully refund your purchase price
• The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days
• An “all or nothing” principle applies – partial refunds for fewer than 10 code uses are not possible

Tier 2: Every 30 Additional Referrals

• For every additional 30 successful referrals (i.e. from 40, 70, 100 onwards), you will receive a cash bonus of €100.00
• Payment will be made within 15 business days, either via PayPal or bank transfer (IBAN)
• You will provide your payment details upon request
• Partial payouts are not possible
• Please note that received rewards may be subject to taxation depending on your country of residence and personal tax situation. Full tax responsibility lies with the reward recipient. If in doubt, we recommend consulting a tax advisor.

4. Responsible Sharing

We explicitly encourage you to share your personal code with your community – whether on social media, forums, groups, or other platforms.

Please always respect the terms of use of the respective platforms and share your code in a respectful and authentic manner. Mass unsolicited distribution of your code – so-called spamming – is not in the spirit of the program and may result in the deactivation of your code.

In short: recommend Swapmod because you believe in it – not through intrusive advertising.

5. Misuse

In cases of obvious misuse, we reserve the right to deactivate the code and deny the reward.

6. Program Changes & Termination

There is no entitlement to participation in the program. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Referral Program at any time. Already earned and confirmed rewards will not be affected. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be announced on our website in a timely manner.

7. Privacy
