Right of withdrawal
(Consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.)
As a customer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered as a single order, or on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, or on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, or on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the first goods, provided that you have concluded a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period.

swap-systems.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Loss of Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products
Please note that your right of withdrawal expires prematurely once you begin downloading or streaming a purchased digital product.
By initiating the download or stream, you expressly agree that we begin the delivery of the digital content before the withdrawal period has ended. With this confirmation, you simultaneously acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost at the moment the download or stream begins.
This regulation is based on ยง 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with Article 16 (m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and applies to all digital products that are not delivered on a physical medium, including but not limited to:
- Digital downloads (e.g., 3D-printing data, software, videos or images)
- Streaming content
- Online courses or other digital media
Before starting your download or stream, please ensure that you truly wish to use the purchased product. Once the process has been initiated, a withdrawal is no longer possible and a refund cannot be granted.
If you have any questions prior to your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support before accessing the digital content.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
